The buffering manipulator is mainly composed of clamping assy, centralizer assy, operation console, etc, which are installed on drilling rig mast to achieve mechanized operation of drilling tools from power CAT to wellhead.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
v The buffering manipulator is fully hydraulic driven: incline and support are controlled by hydraulic cylinder to achieve a high degree of automation.
v The buffering manipulator can be remotely operated by multi-function handle in the assistant driller cabin, or controlled on the local operation console to achieve safety interlock and overload protection which can ensure the safety and reliability of equipment.
v All the rotary shafts of equipment are using maintenance-free bearings to reduce routine maintenance work.
